  • Support incident and problem investigations relating to capacity and performance.
  • Deliver regular cloud capacity management reports and plans to stakeholders.
  • >

Assess Change Requests for performance and capacity impact.
  • Contribute to outcome‑based contracts with third‑party suppliers to ensure future capacity needs are met.

  • Ensure capacity, performance, and availability requirements are optimised and cost‑justified.
  • Help define and validate non‑functional requirements (performance, scalability) through performance testing.
  • Align with ITIL Service Management architectures, policies, and standards.
What we’re looking for
  • Deep knowledge of cloud capacity management for AWS and Azure (Associate level certification an advantage).
  • Proficient in the use of performance and capacity tools including Amazon Cloud Watch, Azure Monitor/KQL and App Dynamics APM.
  • Familiarity with the Cloud Fin Ops framework (Fin Ops certification an advantage).

  • Knowledge of the ITIL framework (certification an advantage).
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience with IT Service Management tools including Service Now.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Quicksight, Tableau and Power BI.
  • Re‑architecting of applications in the cloud to improve performance, scalability and/or reduce cost.
