Akkodis are partnering with a highly reputable Insurance business who are looking to hire an experienced IT Programme Manager.

This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week on site in the central London office.

As the Programme Manager you will lead the alignment of IT across Group divisions to enable the production of technology services in an effective, secure, compliant, and cost-efficient manner. It is a strategic objective of the Group to unite the strengths of all IT teams, offering more growth opportunities for people within a global organisation.

All Group entities will be on-boarded and integrated into the Global IT operating model to support the IT strategic priorities of improving outcomes, harvesting synergies and ensure the correct levels of Security and Compliance are achieved.

• Demonstrable Programme Management experience in global enterprise environments.
• Proven experience leading Infrastructure & Operations projects, with good oversight of Technologies across the Networks, Workplace and Data Centres disciplines.
• Strong track record of leading Integration (M&A) projects, understanding the change and cultural challenges.
• Must have managed global projects involving company-wide roll-outs to end users.
• Insurance or financial services experience preferred.
