Senior AI Engineer​/Data Scientist

A fast-scaling Reg Tech startup is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to help shape and scale its next-generation regulatory change management platform, powered by GenAI and automation.

Backed by a major global bank and already working with several high-profile financial institutions, the company combines start-up agility with enterprise-grade ambition and infrastructure.

Currently operating in stealth mode, the company is preparing for public launch with a strong client pipeline and a high-calibre technical team.

You are accountable for the quality of our AI output. Your are responsible for the design, experimentation, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions that directly impact our customers.

• AI outputs are consistently accurate, actionable, and valuable to customers.
• Rapid iteration leads to product-market fit and scalable solutions.
• The system adapts and improves through direct user and customer feedback.

• Your curiosity lets you ask what if, and surprise us again, and again.
• Proven track record delivering impactful ML/AI solutions in production.
• Deep expertise in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Tensor Flow, scikit-learn, Num Py, Pandas).
• Hands-on experience with GenAI, agentic AI, and automated testing for AI systems.
• Curiosity and creativity to challenge assumptions and explore new approaches.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for clear, concise documentation.
• Adaptability and pragmatism in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
