We’re partnering with a growing law-focused recruitment firm looking to hire a Data & AI Consultant to transform how they use data across the business.
This is a hands‑on role focused on improving their internal CRM, implementing smarter processes, and embedding AI tools to drive efficiency, insight, and consultant performance.
What you’ll be doing :- Auditing and optimising CRM data structure and workflows
- Implementing AI‑driven tools and automation
- Improving reporting, data visibility and sales performance insights
- Creating scalable processes across the recruitment lifecycle
- Background in Data, Analytics or AI implementation
- Experience working within a sales, SaaS, or recruitment environment
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and process optimisation
- Commercial mindset with the ability to work directly with leadership
This is a high‑impact role with real autonomy, ideal for someone who enjoys building from the ground up and delivering tangible change.
