Key Responsibilities Delivery Coordination & Oversight
- Own end-to-end delivery across A&I work streams (e.g., platform elevation, self-service, GenAI, automation, culture & change).
- Define and manage scope, milestones, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and critical path.
- Lead delivery cadence through agile ceremonies: stand-ups, planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Maintain a clear delivery roadmap aligned to strategic outcomes.
- Collaborate with Product Owner, Architecture and Engineering Leads to support technical deliveries.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of agile/delivery practices.
- Act as the primary delivery interface for stakeholders at the workstream level, ensuring clarity on timelines, scope, and dependencies.
- Escalate cross-workstream or portfolio-level risks and decisions to Delivery function as needed.
- Track and report delivery metrics such as velocity, burn-down/burn-up charts, and planned vs actual delivery at sprint levels & higher cadences as needed.
- Deliver regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure delivery outcomes are tightly linked to product and business value
- Support the Delivery function and A&I leadership with materials for senior forums and steering groups.
- Identify and elevate delivery risks and blockers early, with actionable mitigation.
- Manage Change Requests (CRs), impact assessments, trade-offs, and decision logs.
- Help manage dependencies across teams and coordinate resolutions.
- Facilitate conflict resolution where multiple stakeholders or verticals intersect.
- Ensure continuity and handover from project delivery into business-as-usual.
- Support change adoption and transition across teams, particularly around culture, skills, and ways of working.
- Ensure release readiness, including cutover planning, rollback strategies, and post-release validation & support.
- Help design and ope rationalise delivery models aligned to A&I's operating model.
- Contribute to readiness assessments and communication planning for go-lives and rollouts.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within delivery teams.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years in technical project management (preferred).
- 2+ years' experience delivering data, AI, or automation programmes, working closely with data engineering teams.
- Strong organisational skills with a proven track record in multi-stream delivery with successful delivery of a variety projects in data & analytics.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder communication and senior-level reporting.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project governance.
- Confident working across business and technical teams — able to translate delivery requirements across both.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and impact.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
