About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to own the day‑to‑day delivery of a high‑priority cross‑functional project that spans technology, product, operations and commercial teams. Reporting to the SVP Technology, you will shape and run an integrated delivery plan, drive stakeholder alignment and keep the initiative moving forward.
Responsibilities- Own end‑to‑end delivery across multiple work streams, ensuring milestones, risks and dependencies are visible and actively managed.
- Build and maintain the integrated delivery plan, pulling input from specialists and sequencing work into a realistic timeline.
- Unblock cross‑team dependencies across platform, product, operations, implementation and commercial activity to keep momentum.
- Drive stakeholder (internal and external) alignment and decision‑making, clarifying requirements, challenging ambiguity and making trade‑offs explicit.
- Communicate progress clearly, tailoring updates for executive, product, engineering and commercial audiences so impacts are well understood.
- Roll up your sleeves where needed – coordinating testing, preparing materials and doing what it takes to move delivery forward.
- Proven track record as a Delivery Manager / Project Manager leading complex multi‑team delivery in a tech or product‑led environment.
- Strong practical delivery skills: planning, risk/dependency management and bringing clarity to ambiguity without heavy process.
- Experience coordinating cross‑functional work spanning engineering, product, operations and commercial teams (B2B SaaS helpful).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Comfortable operating independently at a senior IC level – shaping options, driving decisions and creating momentum.
- Calm and pragmatic under pressure, able to prioritise effectively and hold others accountable with empathy.
We believe wellbeing and performance go hand‑in‑hand and we build an environment to support both.

- Remote‑first within the UK with monthly in‑person meet‑ups and a London co‑working space
- Annual learning budget, learning leave
- Free weekly therapy or coaching sessions
- Wellbeing support via Well Hub & Bippit
