This is a rare opportunity to lead and scale a high-impact Sales Engineering team across Europe for a hyper-growth SaaS platform trusted by large global enterprises.

The RoleWe are seeking a UK-based Manager of Sales Engineering to lead a team of Solutions / Sales Engineers across EMEA.
This leader will:
- Drive technical pre-sales excellence across enterprise opportunities
- Coach and develop a high-performing SE team
- Partner closely with Sales Leadership to accelerate revenue growth
- Engage directly with CIOs and senior IT stakeholders in strategic deals
- Shape scalable processes that support continued expansion
This is a strategic leadership role requiring both deep technical credibility and strong people leadership. You will be responsible for team performance, operational excellence, and tight alignment with Sales and Product to drive predictable enterprise growth.
Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and scale the EMEA Sales Engineering team
- Own technical win strategy across enterprise pursuits
- Elevate demo quality, proof-of-concept execution, and technical discovery rigor
- Partner with Sales to improve pipeline conversion and ACV growth
- Build repeatable processes and best practices across the region
- Support executive-level customer engagements when required
- Recruit and develop top-tier technical talent
- 5+ years in a Sales Engineering / Solutions Engineering role within enterprise SaaS
- 3+ years leading or mentoring SE teams
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT environments (EUC, VDI, endpoint management, virtualization, SaaS platforms)
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Experience in high-growth SaaS environments preferred
Technical familiarity with Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, Nutanix, AWS, endpoint operating systems, or related infrastructure technologies is highly valued.
