Lead Technical Architect | Oracle Cloud | Fusion SaaS | OCI | VBCS | OIC | DV Cleared | Hybrid | Competitive PD | Outside IR35 | London

Method Resourcing is working with a partnering consultancy that is seeking a Lead Technical Architect to own the technical design and delivery of significant change across a complex Oracle Cloud ecosystem.

This role is focused on secure-by-design architecture and controlled change delivery, ensuring solutions are fully operationally ready before transition into BAU.

Active DV clearance is mandatory.

• Lead architect experience across large-scale Oracle Cloud programmes
• End-to-end solution design across Fusion SaaS, OCI PaaS / IaaS
• Strong experience defining extension strategies, integration patterns, and non-functional controls
• Hands‑on oversight of Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS) applications and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations
• Proven delivery of complex enhancements into controlled production environments
• Experience producing written impact assessments for technical and configuration changes
• Strong understanding of secure‑by‑design principles and cyber assurance requirements
• Ability to ensure full operational readiness including documentation, test evidence, and handover artefacts
• Confident working with OPERATE / live‑service teams to ensure smooth transition into BAU
• DV clearance is mandatory
