OverviewExperis is supporting one of our key consulting clients in the Life Sciences sector as they continue to expand their Salesforce and Veeva capability. We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Veeva Functional Lead to join their team on a permanent basis in London.
This role is ideal for a Salesforce professional with deep Veeva experience, strong functional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering impactful digital transformation within Life Sciences.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the functional lead for Salesforce and Veeva CRM implementations across multiple Life Science programs.
- Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into scalable functional solutions.
- Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and functional design discussions.
- Produce detailed functional documentation including user stories, process flows, and configuration specifications.
- Drive end‑to‑end solution design across Veeva modules such as Veeva CRM, Medical, Commercial, Events Management, and CLM.
- Collaborate closely with technical architects, developers, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.
- Support system configuration, testing cycles (SIT, UAT), training, and deployment activities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, guiding best practices in Veeva and Salesforce platform usage.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations including GxP, data privacy, and validation requirements.
- Provide post‑go‑live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or Lead within Life Sciences.
- Strong background in Veeva CRM and wider Veeva Commercial Cloud modules.
- Expertise in functional analysis, solution design, and requirement gathering.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform fundamentals.
- Knowledge of Life Sciences commercial, medical, and regulatory processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to work in hybrid or client‑facing environments in London.
- Veeva CRM certification(s) or Salesforce certifications (Admin, Consultant).
- Experience in regulated (GxP/GMP) environments.
- Understanding of integrations, data models, and master data management.
