Our Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. The Project Manager will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of high‑quality projects, across our portfolio (POS, Website, App channels and ERP and integration technologies).

What you’ll be doing
  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale IT projects across retail and e‑commerce platforms
  • Manage initiatives including e‑commerce, POS, payments, insights and integrations
  • Own project scope, plans, milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies
  • Deliver software projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, and fit for a multi‑channel retail environment
What skills & experience you’ll need
  • Significant experience delivering complex IT projects within retail and/or e‑commerce environments
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel retail systems and customer journeys
  • Deep knowledge of the software delivery lifecycle
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and suppliers in fast‑moving organisations
  • Experience delivering customer‑facing digital platforms and store systems
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
  • Experience with major e‑commerce platforms and technologies (e.g. SAP Commerce, Finops D365, Databricks)
  • Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile

    PM, SAFe, etc.)
  • Strong financial and resource management
  • Transitioning systems into service support
