The RoleKyndryl Consult is the fastest‑growing business within the organisation and instrumental to the company’s strategic growth objectives. You will play a key leadership role across multi‑disciplinary teams, guiding them through complex consulting engagements and be responsible for creating and positioning strategic change agendas within Kyndryl’s largest accounts across the C‑suite, spanning the intersection between complex Business and IT customer solutions, transformations that impact across the entire customer ecosystem.
As a Consult Partner, you will have a pivotal role in driving profitable growth, leveraging our comprehensive capabilities to build strong client relationships, and leading your team to success. This role demands a strong presence, industry expertise, and the ability to cultivate relationships with CXO‑level clients. Your leadership will be critical in fostering talent development and innovation within the organisation.
This role will also lead the overall client engagement and deliver high‑quality client work alongside senior client stakeholders. Working in a transaction environment, which may be pre‑deal or post‑deal, planning post‑deal implementation, and ultimately supporting execution. Partners will be focused on financial impact, utilisation and contribution, client impact and leadership.
Media & Entertainment is in hypergrowth, driven by streaming, advertising transformation, and AI‑powered content creation. We need a Consult Partner to drive new business within the Media & Entertainment vertical focusing on Media. You will reimagine the content and media value chain, modernise operating models, and lead technology‑enabled change for broadcasters, media agencies, studios, and publishers.
Candidates must have a strong track record of delivering large‑scale digital transformation engagements, deep client relationships within their industry domain, and proven ability to shape and lead complex consulting programmes aligned to one or more of our core value propositions.
The successful candidate will be expected to:- Leverage network to pursue new business within the vertical
- Shape strategic transformation programmes across the content value chain—from ideation and production to distribution and monetisation.
- Embed AI and automation into creative workflows and advertising ecosystems.
- Accelerate cloud adoption for agility, scalability, and cost optimisation.
- Engage C‑suite stakeholders to align technology investments with growth levers.
- Work with the industry leader to publish sector related thought leadership
- Drive significant financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets consisting of c. £12‑15m per annum in volume (i.e. Consult) sales whilst overseeing a similar target for managed revenue.
- Ensure sustained growth and profitability, managing margin expectations and backlog growth
- Support the identification, pursuit and conversion of a pipeline of business development opportunities
- Undertake scoping and fee negotiation on engagements while ensuring profitability and understanding, and containing risk
- Build and maintain deep relationships with client CXOs and be seen as the ‘go‑to’ person and a trusted advisor by senior executives
- Leading C‑level client interactions and consulting initiatives, deliverables and outputs of a deal engagement
- Demonstrate credibility and experience to advise and deliver on complex consulting engagements
- Enhance client satisfaction, as measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS) and new relationship development;
