Senior AI Engineer – up to £130k + 20% bonus + outstanding benefits
London | 3 days onsite
A world-leading wellness company is growing its AI function and hiring an AI Engineer to help design and deliver intelligent, consumer-facing solutions that will shape the future of personalised wellbeing.
The RoleYou’ll join a growing technology and data function, working on high-impact projects that blend AI, personalisation, automation, and consumer engagement. You’ll work across the full lifecycle, from concept and modelling through to deployment and integration.
What You’ll Do- Build end-to-end AI solutions, including intelligence models, automation layers, and API‑driven integrations
- Work closely with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver AI features at scale
- Bring strong technical thinking to a business investing heavily in next‑gen digital experience
- 7–8 years’ experience across AI/ML/advanced engineering
- Excellent coding skills and experience building production‑grade AI systems
- Experience in consumer‑facing / B2C environments is highly beneficial (e‑commerce, hospitality, lifestyle, etc.)
- Up to £130k base + 20% bonus
- Exceptional benefits package
- Work on globally visible AI initiatives
- Travel to international locations such as Singapore and Sydney
