We’re working with a Global Telco business revolutionising the industry going through a huge cyber security transformation! I’m looking for an IAM Analyst to support the Identity and Access Management program, ensuring appropriate access controls are in place across enterprise systems. This role involves managing user access requests, performing access reviews, supporting IAM system administration, and ensuring compliance with access control policies.

• Process and fulfil user access requests following approval workflows
• Support administration of IAM platforms and tools
• Monitor access control compliance and identify violations
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes and access provisioning
• Support IAM audits and compliance activities
• Investigate access-related security incidents

• Relevant experience in IAM, access management, or IT administration
• Understanding of identity and access management principles
• Good communication skills with technical and business stakeholders

You’ll play a key role in supporting a global transformation program, ensuring robust identity and access controls across a complex enterprise environment. Innovation and security excellence are at the heart of this role and the business as a whole.
