, we’re looking for a Network Support Technician to keep our world‑class venue connected and running seamlessly.
- ✅ Provide first & second‑line IT support for staff and contractors
- ✅ Maintain servers, PCs, and network infrastructure
- ✅ Install/configure hardware & software, manage backups, and ensure security
- ✅ Support applications and assist with exciting IT projects
- ✔ Strong customer service and communication skills
- ✔ Experience with Windows environments, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- ✔ Knowledge of firewalls, routers, and security best practices
- ✔ Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Active Directory, SQL, Exchange experience, MCSE certification
