• Education

  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration

• Experience
  : 5+ years in business analysis within financial services
  , with hands-on experience in clearing and settlement
  .
• Certifications
  : CSM, PMI-ACP
  , or equivalent Agile certification.
• Technical Skills

  Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence
  , or similar Agile tools.
