Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for exceeding lead and ROI targets? Savanta is seeking a strategic and hands-on Demand Generation Lead to drive growth.

This role will be based in our London office, with the expectation to be in the office 2-3 days a week.

About the Role:

As Demand Generation Lead, you will drive growth across Savanta’s market research and product offerings. You’ll partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to deliver top-of-funnel and pipeline growth initiatives, focusing on delivering qualified leads that help grow Savanta globally.
This is a critical role in expanding Savanta’s reach, attracting the right audiences, and optimizing campaigns to deliver high-quality leads that convert into revenue.
You will define systems and processes that will fundamentally improve the way we work.
Working within a collaborative, technically focused, and supportive team environment. The role will bring opportunities to strengthen demand generation skills and gain international marketing experience as we expand globally.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Develop and execute integrated demand generation strategies to acquire and convert high-value B2B prospects.
 
* Own strategy, planning, and execution of digital acquisition campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic display, and retargeting.
 
* Develop, execute, and iterate on email marketing and nurture campaigns.
 
* Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to deliver global and market-specific campaigns.
 
* Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure and optimize lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
 
* Manage acquisition budgets, forecasting, and pacing across channels.
 
* Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

About You:

You combine strategic vision, technical expertise, and leadership skills that help to drive measurable growth. A data-driven marketer who thrives on hitting (and exceeding) lead and ROI targets.
You’re hands-on with paid platforms but also capable of managing agencies effectively. You have a strong understanding of B2B buying journeys, know how to reach decision-makers efficiently, and are constantly testing to improve performance.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
 
* Proficiency in Salesforce or Hub Spot
 
* Extensive B2B experience with paid advertising, email marketing, multichannel campaigns, ABM, tracking, and scoring.
 
* Hands-on experience with paid platforms and managing agencies.
 
* Previous experience with B2B buying journeys and digital marketing channels.
