Senior Digital Commerce & Growth Strategy Manager (EMEA)

  • 12-month contract
  • Hybrid working 3 days per week Shoreditch London
  • £89k per year salary

A global technology leader is seeking a Senior Digital Commerce & Growth Strategy Manager to drive net new ARR across a high-growth digital portfolio in EMEA.

This role sits at the intersection of digital trading, growth strategy, customer experience and commercial execution. You will own performance outcomes, influence senior stakeholders across marketing, product and finance, and lead multi-functional initiatives that scale customer acquisition, conversion and retention.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Owning and accelerating net new ARR across digital commerce surfaces
  • Leading acquisition, upgrade and retention strategies across multiple markets
  • Building forecasts, business cases and performance narratives for senior leadership
  • Partnering with Marketing to optimise demand generation and lifecycle frameworks
  • Driving customer journey optimisation across acquisition and retention funnels
  • Holding cross-functional teams accountable to shared commercial outcomes
  • Feeding market and customer insights back into product and regional strategy
  • Monitoring competitor activity and translating insights into growth actions

What We're Looking For

  • Strong background in digital commerce, e-commerce or digital trading
  • Experience owning revenue or ARR targets in a complex organisation
  • Deep understanding of demand generation, segmentation and lifecycle growth
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to tell compelling stories with data
  • Proven ability to influence across a matrixed, international environment
  • Highly commercial, customer-centric and comfortable driving change
