Key Responsibilities- Manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Proactively engage with clients to identify needs and upsell opportunities
- Analyse usage data to spot trends and growth potential
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement automation solutions in CMS/support platforms
- Support Sales & Marketing with automated prospect-to-customer funnels
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Technical teams for a seamless customer journey
- 2+ years in Customer Success
, Technical Support
, or a similar role — OR a strong desire to learn and grow in a tech scale-up - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Technical aptitude (experience with CMS, automation tools, or APIs a plus)
- Data-driven mindset with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work from our Canary Wharf office when needed
