We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our Open Door team as a EMEA Data Excellence Director. This is a full‑time position based in EMEA. This role plays a crucial part in supporting WPP's mission to deliver consistency, delivery excellence and best‑in‑class service for Amazon in every country across its diverse businesses, including XCM, Prime Video, and RMI.

• Work in partnership with Amazon’s Data & Measurement teams to compliantly and securely synthesize 1P, 2P and 3P data solutions for improved, actionable audience targeting.
• Create codified measurement solutions that enhance learning within and across LOBs through WPP Open.
• Synthesize learning with the global team, and lead the EMEA team.
• Govern compliant data management aligned to rules and regulations across Open Door teams.
• Deploy DE framework, translate client current state to future state/plan of action.
• Promote importance of DE with stakeholders and align roles & responsibilities.
• Work with regional teams to understand regional needs and data requirements.

• Be Extraordinary by leading collectively to inspire transformational creativity.
• Create an open environment by balancing people and client experiences by cultivating trust.
• Lead optimistically by championing growth and development to mobilize the enterprise.
• Experience in managing large multi‑market and networked teams.
• Deep technical full‑funnel media capability, with strong data and analytics literacy.
• Strong reputation as a responsible, accountable leader with international media management experience, and willingness to go deep with teams.
• Strong and vocal in strategic communication with the ability to communicate with all stakeholders at varying levels of seniority from C‑suite down.
• Solutions oriented and highly organized.

• Close understanding of the buying platforms used by Amazon (Olive) and reporting tools (OCTRA).
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
