Senior Manager – Technology Applications (Commercial Systems)

Location: Central London (Hybrid, ~3 days in office)

We’re supporting a well-established international hospitality / luxury services organisation with the hire of a Senior Manager, Technology Applications (Commercial Systems). This key leadership position will oversee critical commercial technology platforms, partner with business stakeholders, and drive delivery of application enhancements, integrations and stabilisation initiatives.

You’ll be accountable for managing core systems that support commercial processes — including customer and revenue workflows — and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure technology aligns with business needs and strategic priorities.

• Lead and coordinate operational and enhancement activity across core commercial technology applications
• Own the delivery of new features, integrations and platform updates that support revenue-related processes
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions
• Champion application stability, performance and long-term maintainability
• Guide delivery of projects using both internal resources and external partners where needed
• Support end-to-end testing, UAT and change-over into production environments
• Maintain strong lines of communication across commercial, technology, finance and operations teams
• Coach and mentor more junior team members, driving application excellence and improved practices
• Contribute to prioritisation, planning and roadmap discussions for commercial systems

• Extensive experience managing commercial systems
  , with strong exposure to Salesforce
• Hands‑on familiarity with Delphi applications (support, enhancements or migrations)
• Understanding of payments technologies and how they integrate with revenue and customer systems
• Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders and translate needs into delivery plans
• Experience in application leadership or senior technical delivery roles
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable operating across both business and technical domains

• Hybrid working based in Holborn / Central London
• Typically around 3 days in the office per week (flexible as required)
