I am working with a leading Salesforce Partner, who are about to launch their UK Practice. They are dominating multiple sectors, including Retail, Public Sector and Sports, working with well known Businesses across the globe.

As a Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will act as the bridge between business needs and technical implementation. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure successful Salesforce implementations that align with the clients’ strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Design, configure, and implement Salesforce functionalities using best practices.
• Lead and participate in workshops, user story creation, and solution design sessions.
• Provide expert guidance on Salesforce capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other relevant modules.

Experience and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Business Analyst.
• Proven experience across multiple Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience, or Marketing Cloud)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
