WData Office Team Lead required to take ownership of how data is structured, governed, and used within a financial markets environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has worked in a data office, managed at least two people, and takes real pride in owning data schemas, classifications, and operating models that enable rapid change and better decision-making.

You’ll lead a small team, work closely with senior stakeholders, and shape how data is organised so transformation is easier, faster, and clearer across the business.

This role suits someone ready to step into a Head of position in a lean, high-impact setting.
