Director - Retail Technology Transformation

A senior leadership opportunity within a high-growth transformation consultancy, responsible for leading retail technology strategy, driving commercial growth, and delivering measurable outcomes for some of the most well-known retail brands across EMEA.

This is a commercially focused role combining consulting delivery with business development. You’ll lead retail technology advisory engagements while building pipeline, originating opportunities, and shaping long-term client partnerships.

• Senior consulting leadership experience in Technology Advisory, Enterprise Architecture, or digital transformation
• Deep and demonstrable background in Retail consulting environments
• Strong track record of revenue generation and deal conversion
• Experience with Technology Operating Models and EA frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) within retail landscapes
• Proven capability shaping multi-year technology strategies and roadmaps
• Confident engaging C-suite and senior business leaders across major retail organisations
• Strong credibility across modern retail technologies including cloud, data, AI, loyalty, digital channels, and application modernisation
• Commercially astute, client-facing, and growth-oriented

• Lead business development across the EMEA Retail Technology & Data portfolio
• Drive new revenue through a consulting-led sales approach
• Partner with senior account and sales leaders to expand existing clients and secure new logos
• Advise executives on retail technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and operating model evolution
• Shape business-led digital and technology transformation programmes
• Balance immediate delivery priorities with long-term architectural direction
• Act as a visible market voice and thought leader in retail technology advisory
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing consulting teams
