Senior Business Analyst

We are supporting a leading Insurtech organisation delivering an underwriting transformation programme for a major General Insurance business.

The programme involves the implementation of an AI native SaaS policy administration system and requires an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong insurance domain knowledge and proven business systems implementation experience.

This is an interim role operating at the heart of a complex transformation, working closely with underwriting, operations, and technology teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption.

You will be responsible for shaping and delivering high quality business analysis across the implementation of a new policy administration platform. The role requires deep understanding of General Insurance processes and the ability to translate underwriting and operational needs into clear, actionable requirements.

• Lead business analysis activities across the implementation of a policy administration system
• Elicit, document, and manage underwriting, product, and operational requirements
• Work closely with underwriting, operations, and technology stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and delivered
• Support configuration of the SaaS platform in line with business and regulatory needs
• Contribute to business readiness, change impact assessment, and user adoption
• Support testing, defect triage, and implementation cutover activities
• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst delivering insurance business system implementations
• Strong General Insurance knowledge, particularly underwriting and policy lifecycle processes
• Hands on experience working with policy administration systems, ideally SaaS based platforms
• Ability to operate confidently in complex, multi stakeholder environments
• Experience working in interim or contract roles within transformation programmes
