The Role

Based in London, you will lead the design, implementation, and evolution of the firm’s data strategy for Business Development and Marketing, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives. Acting as a champion for data-informed decision-making, you will uphold best practices in governance and quality while encouraging collaboration and innovation across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Driving and supporting a comprehensive data strategy for Business Development and Marketing.
  • Embedding data-driven decision-making into daily operations and strategic planning.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in data management and analytics, ideally within professional services, legal, or complex business-to-business settings.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into practical data and analytics solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance, compliance, and quality assurance frameworks.
  • Experience with large, complex data sets, including lifecycle and lineage management.
  • Skilled in implementing data quality processes and remediation approaches.
  • Familiarity with descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics methods.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments, providing clarity and structure.
