About the Role

As Managing Director – Delivery
, you will hold senior executive responsibility for client delivery, commercial outcomes, and delivery leadership across multiple enterprise transformation programmes.

You will oversee and guide multiple Delivery Managers, manage complex client portfolios, and ensure consistent, high‑quality execution across projects. In parallel, you will play a critical role in cross‑sell and upsell activities
, expanding existing accounts and shaping new opportunities in partnership with Tech Torch leadership.

This role is ideal for a seasoned consulting leader with deep delivery credibility, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to operate at scale across multiple clients and teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Own executive‑level delivery oversight for up to four concurrent client programmes
    , ensuring quality, speed, and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead and manage Delivery Managers
    , providing direction, coaching, performance management, and escalation support.
  • Serve as a senior client partner, engaging regularly with C‑level stakeholders to align on priorities, progress, risks, and value realisation.
  • Drive cross‑sell and upsell initiatives within existing accounts, identifying opportunities across AI, data, CRM, and automation services.
  • Partner with sales and leadership teams to shape proposals, delivery approaches, and commercial models.
  • Ensure consistent delivery standards, governance, and reporting across projects.
  • Oversee resource planning and allocation across delivery teams, balancing utilisation, capability fit, and client demand.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex delivery, commercial, or stakeholder challenges.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Tech Torch’s delivery model, playbooks, and best practices.
  • Support leadership in shaping account strategy, client roadmaps, and long‑term partnerships.
Who You Are

We’re looking for a senior consulting leader with a strong blend of delivery excellence, people leadership, and commercial acumen.

  • 15+ years of experience in consulting delivery, program leadership, or enterprise transformation roles.
  • Strong background in consulting delivery leadership
    , ideally within firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, Bain, McKinsey, or similar.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple large‑scale programmes simultaneously across different clients and domains.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing Delivery Managers and senior delivery leaders.
  • Strong commercial mindset, with hands‑on experience in cross‑selling and upselling within existing client accounts.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise technology domains, including AI initiatives, data platforms, CRM (Salesforce), and ERP ecosystems
    .
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable operating across Spain and/or the UK
    , with experience working across European and global teams.
  • Highly structured, decisive, and outcome‑oriented leader.
