A key aspect of the role involves training users on how to effectively use dashboards—so confidence in presenting and explaining your work is essential. You’ll also collaborate with other MI teams across the business to ensure consistency and excellence in data delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Build and enhance Power BI dashboards based on stakeholder requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional MI teams to ensure alignment and best practices.
- Explore new data sources and technologies to improve reporting capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- 2+ years’ experience with Power BI, SQL, and Excel but will consider less experience for the right candidate.
- Comfortable presenting and training users on dashboards and reports.

- Willingness to travel occasionally to European offices (Cologne and Paris).
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for data and analytics.
- Personal Development Focus:
Opportunities to pursue qualifications (e.g., CII, ECII), apprenticeships (such as data science, business analyst, etc), and access to platforms like Data Camp for learning new skills (e.g., Python). - Collaborative Culture:
Join a supportive team that values social connection and teamwork—regular lunches and a friendly, inclusive environment. - Career Growth:
Be part of a business that invests in its people and encourages continuous learning and development.
