Customer Success Manager – Prop Tech SaaS

Location: London (Hybrid: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote)

  • Own the Customer Journey – Guide clients through onboarding, training, and ongoing support, ensuring they get maximum value from the platform.
  • Be a Strategic Partner – Proactively engage with clients, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions to help them thrive.
  • Drive Retention & Growth – Identify opportunities to expand client accounts, introduce new features, and increase product adoption.
  • Advocate for Customers – Be the voice of the customer within the company, ensuring feedback contributes to continuous improvement.
  • Problem-Solve & Innovate – Anticipate challenges, provide solutions, and keep clients on track to meet their objectives.
  • Collaborate & Share Knowledge – Work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a commercially minded Customer Success Manager with:

  • Experience in SaaS & Customer Success – At least 2 years of experience managing customer relationships in Prop Tech, SaaS, or a closely related industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills – The ability to simplify complex ideas, build trust, and advocate for client needs.
  • Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven – Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, CRMs (Hub Spot, Salesforce, Gainsight, etc.) to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
  • Commercial Awareness & Growth Mindset – Strong ability to spot upselling opportunities and align customer success with business goals.
  • Organised & Proactive – Ability to manage multiple client relationships, anticipate needs, and maintain a structured approach.
  • Team Player & Problem Solver – Thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys finding solutions to client challenges.

Industry Backgrounds That Fit:

We’re ideally looking for candidates with Prop Tech or rental/estate agency SaaS experience, but we’re also open to professionals from other relevant industries, including:

Fin Tech SaaS – Payment processing, financial management, or property finance software.

Workplace & Facilities Management SaaS – Platforms managing offices, coworking spaces, or corporate real estate.

Analytics & Data SaaS – Business intelligence, data insights, or performance tracking software.

IoT & Automation SaaS – Smart property management, energy optimisation, or automation solutions.
