Our partner, a globally recognised and purpose-led beverage brand, is looking for a Senior Category Manager to lead category strategy across key EMEA markets.

What You’ll Do

• Lead category strategy and execution across the UK, DACH, France, and Spain
• Deliver actionable insights to guide decisions across markets and channels
• Build compelling trade stories and drive customer engagement
• Monitor performance against multi-year growth targets
• Collaborate across sales, marketing, and innovation to align on priorities
• Be the go-to expert on market trends and consumer behaviour

What You Bring

• Strong experience in category management, shopper insights, or market strategy
• A sharp, commercial mindset with exceptional data fluency (e.g. IRI, Nielsen, Kantar)
• Great communication skills and a knack for influencing senior stakeholders
• Knowledge of UK retail landscape is essential
• German language skills and understanding of DACH retail a big plus
• Passion for purpose-led brands and wellness-driven products
