We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform Technical Architect to design, implement, and oversee scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform. This role demands deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture and Design- Develop end-to-end architecture for Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems.
- Create technical roadmaps and strategies to optimize the adoption of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to design principles, coding standards, and deadlines.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform technologies.
- Lead the design and development of custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using Dynamics 365 SDK, Power Automate, and Azure services.
- Configure and customize CRM entities, forms, views, and dashboards to fulfill business requirements.
- Implement efficient data migration strategies for transitioning data into Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Build and deploy Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps to enhance CRM functionality.
- Automate business processes using Power Automate and integrate with third-party systems.
- Utilize Power BI to design interactive dashboards and analytics for data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Work with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and testers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Expertise- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform.
- Strong expertise in 365 Customer Service, Omni-Channel setup, and Contact Centre integrations.
- Solid understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and SQL Server.
- Experience building Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps.
- Proficiency in Power Automate for process automation and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with Power BI for creating data visualization and analytics dashboards.
- Experience working with REST APIs, OData, and integration tools like Azure Logic Apps, Data Factory, or Kingsway Soft.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 and SAP integration is preferred.
- Knowledge of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) best practices, including source control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Certifications such as:
- Microsoft Certified:
Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert - Microsoft Certified:
Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Azure Dev Ops or Jira.
- Familiarity with advanced capabilities like AI Builder, Dataverse, and other Power Platform features.
