Job Description

As a Lead Product Analyst, you’ll play a central role in driving cross-functional analytics that shape how we plan, build, and optimise across both ASOS Brands and Partner Brands. Your insights will help ensure ASOS delivers a curated mix of own-brand collections and third-party labels that reflect trend-led design, inclusive sizing, and global style perspectives, tailored for our fashion-loving 20-something customers.

You’ll lead analytical work streams across key initiatives such as Test & React, Partner Fulfilment, and Customer Funnel optimisation, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable insights, dashboards, and strategic recommendations that drive alignment and impact across teams.

This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of data, product, and strategy, where your work will directly influence product development, enhance customer experience, and unlock commercial growth at scale.

The Details…

  • Lead product analytics across key initiatives, surfacing insights that shape product strategy and commercial outcomes
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that improve customer experience and business performance
  • Design and maintain dashboards that centralise key metrics and enable deep dives across teams
  • Own end-to-end experimentation analysis, delivering iteration guidance and strategic recommendations
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to present findings, influence priorities, and align on business goals
  • Promote data literacy across teams, enabling self-serve insights through training, documentation, and tooling
  • Prioritise work based on business impact and communicate timelines and outcomes effectively
Qualifications

About You

You’re a curious, commercially minded problem solver, with a track record of driving impact through experimentation, product optimisation, and strategic analysis. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and want to be part of a data-driven culture that values experimentation and innovation.

You’ll also be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience in product analytics, strategy or insight roles within high-growth or start-up environments, retail or e-commerce experience would be beneficial
  • Strong analytical skills and structured thinking, with the ability to break down complex problems
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, R, Python, Adobe and data visualisation tools like Power BI. Experience with Adobe Analytics, and Micro Strategy is a plus
  • Confidence working with large datasets and translating them into clear, actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messages to technical and non-technical audiences
  • A natural curiosity, a bias toward action, and a passion for improving products and experiences
Benefits
  • Employee discount (hello ASOS discount!)
  • Employee sample sales
  • 25 days paid annual leave + an extra celebration day for a special moment
  • Discretionary bonus scheme
  • Private medical care scheme
  • Flexible benefits allowance - which you can choose to take as extra cash, or use towards other benefits
  • Opportunity for personalised learning and in-the-moment experiences that enable you to thrive and excel in your role
