This role is a blend of consulting, strategy and CRM technology, where you will help clients optimise their CRM strategy, design and implement solutions that accelerate business value.

• Collaborate with clients to assess current customer experience and the role of CRM tools.
• Design strategies to improve customer engagement, retention and loyalty.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and process optimisation in customer and employee journeys.
• Support business transformation through adoption of CRM and CX platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
• Serve as key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and delivery.

• Previous experience delivering customer experience (CX) or CRM transformation.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hub Spot or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proven ability to design and deliver CRM and CX strategies.
• Expertise in improving customer journeys, communications and experiences to meet business goals.
