This role is a blend of consulting, strategy and CRM technology, where you will help clients optimise their CRM strategy, design and implement solutions that accelerate business value.
What You Will Be Doing- Collaborate with clients to assess current customer experience and the role of CRM tools.
- Design strategies to improve customer engagement, retention and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and process optimisation in customer and employee journeys.
- Support business transformation through adoption of CRM and CX platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
- Serve as key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and delivery.
- Previous experience delivering customer experience (CX) or CRM transformation.
- Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hub Spot or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proven ability to design and deliver CRM and CX strategies.
- Expertise in improving customer journeys, communications and experiences to meet business goals.
- Pragmatic problem‑solver focused on practical solutions.
- Proactive, flexible and adaptive to shifting priorities.
- Collaborative team player who builds strong relationships across stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to foster trust.
- Intellectually curious, applying rigorous thinking to solutions.
- Storyteller who can engage colleagues and clients with compelling narratives.
- Experience working with Adobe, Salesforce or Microsoft platforms.
