As part of the Transform Together Consulting team, you will lead complex, data-driven transformation programmes for organisations operating in highly regulated environments such as pensions, insurance, and financial services. The role is well suited to a delivery lead who is comfortable working at the intersection of operations, data, and technology
, and who can bring structure and momentum to programmes where execution certainty is critical.

You will work closely with client stakeholders across operations, IT, and senior leadership, helping them move from fragmented, manual processes to more standardised, scalable, and analytics-led operating models. The role requires hands‑on leadership of multidisciplinary teams, managing dependencies across, while maintaining a clear focus on outcomes such as speed, quality, and capacity.

• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery practices, with the ability to support effective collaboration between business and technology teams across discovery, build and implementation phases.
• Excellent understanding of RAID management and cross-functional dependency management within complex, multi-workstream environments.
• Proven capability to design, implement and coach Agile delivery practices, including establishing delivery ways of working from a standing start.
• Strong grasp of the mechanisms and tools required for successful delivery (e.g. MS Project, Atlassian suite, Power BI or equivalent delivery and MI tooling).
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to operate across senior business, technology and operational audiences.
• A naturally collaborative delivery style, able to build alignment and consensus across challenging or diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong commercial awareness, with experience operating in environments where business outcomes (ROI, capacity release, cost reduction) are as important as delivery milestones.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable language for non-technical stakeholders.
• A positive, pragmatic, can-do attitude, strong team ethos, and comfort working in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment.
• A proactive approach to delivery, maintaining high quality standards while embracing innovative approaches to solve complex problems.
• Experience delivering complex transformation programmes in regulated industries (e.g. financial services, pensions, insurance, asset management).
• Enthusiasm for, and strong understanding of, modern technology and data-led transformation, with the ability to apply that understanding to real client challenges.

Candidates may bring depth in one or more of the following areas:

• Experience leading data-led platform or analytics programmes, including cloud-based architectures and enterprise data models.
• Experience delivering AI, automation or workflow‑led transformation, particularly within operational, underwriting, onboarding or case‑management environments.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to automate business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks) and system integration approaches.
• Exposure to cyber security assessments, controls or improvement programmes within regulated environments.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile qualifications (CSM, PSM, PSPO, SAFe).
