Shape the future of crypto tax with a product people actually need.
Koinly helps investors handle their taxes without losing their minds. Our goal is simple to describe but incredibly hard to deliver: a user should be able to complete their taxes in under 20 minutes. Achieving that speed requires obsessive accuracy.
We’re hiring a crypto-native problem solver who will start in Customer Support, handling complex real‑world cases, and grow into a Product specialist owning accuracy and release quality. No Prior Work Experience Required. Deep crypto fluency is required.
As a Product Specialist, you’ll get your hands dirty in the data: moving beyond just identifying bugs to truly understanding the "why" behind transaction mechanics, liquidity pools, and API discrepancies.
We are a remote‑first, async‑driven team that values technical excellence and autonomy over meetings and process. If you’re analytical, technical, and genuinely curious about the inner workings of blockchain, you’ll fit right in.
