We are looking for an Oracle Financials specialist with a passion for leading support teams and optimising financial systems? We’re seeking a dynamic Oracle Financials Front Office Support Lead to join our team in London.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee front‑office support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financial modules
- Provide expert guidance on system issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement best practices and process improvements
- Manage support tickets, tracking, and reporting to senior management
- Support integrations and interfaces with Business Intelligence (BI) and Hyperion reporting tools
- Extensive hands‑on experience with Oracle EBS Financial modules
- Strong expertise in BI and Hyperion planning, reporting, and analytics
- Proven leadership skills in managing support teams or projects
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrable experience supporting Oracle Financials in a front‑office capacity
- Deep understanding of BI and Hyperion environments
- Relevant certifications in Oracle Financials and Hyperion are a plus
