The Senior Product Manager will define and drive the strategy for a componentised design system, transforming it from a reactive service into a proactive internal platform that unlocks faster, higher-quality delivery across the organisation.

You’ll join a collaborative, mission-led environment where product, design and engineering work closely with senior leadership to shape the future of a platform used by millions.

• Own the vision and roadmap for the design system
• Remove delivery bottlenecks by sharpening prioritisation and forward planning
• Partner with two major areas, core product missions and innovation anticipate future component needs
• Champion reusable interaction patterns that elevate customer experience
• Act as the strategic connector between senior engineers, designers and product leads

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in internal tooling, platform or design systems
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and turning uncertainty into a clear strategy
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple missions and senior leaders
• Technical fluency, ideally with exposure to front-end or design-led environments
• Tenacity to influence, challenge constructively and drive meaningful change.
• It's a nice to have if you have B2B internal tooling, or fintech design systems experience
