We’re hiring an SEO Growth Senior Executive to help drive organic growth and conversion improvement through forward‑thinking SEO and CRO strategies. You’ll work in a highly collaborative optimisation team focused on building fast, intelligent, and search‑friendly web experiences that perform strongly across traditional search and emerging AI‑driven surfaces.

• Deliver SEO and CRO initiatives in line with agreed strategies and priorities to support organic traffic growth and conversion improvement
• Execute on‑page SEO optimisations across key pages, ensuring best practice implementation across content, metadata, internal linking, and page structure
• Support the planning, delivery, and analysis of SEO and CRO tests, including A/B and experimentation initiatives, to improve user journeys and performance
• Use analytics and optimisation tools (e.g. GA4, Search Console, Power BI, Full Story, Split.io) to monitor performance, analyse user behaviour, and identify actionable optimisation opportunities
• Conduct competitor and SERP analysis, with an eye on AI overviews, generative search results, and evolving ranking signals
• Collaborate with UX, Product, Content, Engineering, and Analytics teams to embed SEO and CRO best practices into website changes and ongoing development

• Hands‑on experience delivering SEO optimisation, with an understanding of technical SEO fundamentals
• Curiosity about AI, automation, and the future of search, with a desire to test, learn, and evolve ways of working
• Experience with A/B testing, user journey optimisation, and data‑driven decision‑making
• Expertise in SEO tooling (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
