SAP FICO Consultant

We are working with one of our consulting partners who are searching for a SAP FICO Consultant to deliver end-to-end SAP S/4

HANA Finance solutions. This isn't just a configuration role, it is a key functional position focused on driving digital transformation, optimizing financial transparency, and integrating complex value chains (O2C/P2P/POS) into a modern S/4

HANA core.

• End-to-End Delivery: design and implementation of S/4
  
  HANA Finance & Controlling modules, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Profitability Analysis.
• Strategic Design:
  Facilitate detailed design workshops using SAP Best Practices, translating complex retail business requirements into scalable system architecture.
• Cross-Functional Integration:
  Orchestrate seamless integration between Finance and O2C/P2P/POS work streams, utilizing Fiori apps to enhance user experience.
• Technical
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Partner with Developers, Basis, and Integration teams to design functional specifications and oversee high-quality system configuration.
• Lifecycle Support:
  Drive project success through the critical phases of Data Migration, UAT, Cutover, and Hypercare.

• S/4
  
  HANA Mastery:
  Proven hands-on experience as a Finance Consultant on S/4
  
  HANA programs (On-Premise or Private Cloud).
• Functional Architecture:
  Expertise in designing functional specifications and executing complex system configurations.
• Communication:
  Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders in large-scale, hybrid project environments.
• Agility: A proactive mindset geared toward organizational change and the evolving SAP roadmap.

• Industry Expertise:
  Background in the Retail sector (highly valued).
• Advanced SAP Tech:
  Experience with Central Finance, Group Reporting, or Public Cloud.
• Niche Modules:
  Exposure to Lease Accounting (RE-FX) or Project Systems.
• Analytics & Data:
  Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), BW/4
  
  HANA, or SAP Business Data Cloud.
• Certification: SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance certification is a plus.
