Product Designer – App/healthtech (Hybrid, London) | Up to £70k (plus Discretionary Bonus)
Our client is a fast growing app‑led health and wellness business with millions of users worldwide. They are looking for an experienced UX Manager to work across their mobile app portfolio, shaping intuitive and engaging journeys that genuinely improve users’ lives. This is a senior role that blends strategy with hands‑on delivery in a highly collaborative, product‑led environment.
You will take ownership of the UX vision, standards and performance across the apps, working closely with product, design, development, data, QA and marketing teams. You will play a key role in driving engagement, retention and overall user satisfaction, using data, experimentation and continuous optimisation across the portfolio.
What will I be doing?- Owning end to end UX delivery across multiple mobile apps
- Driving engagement, feature discovery, retention and conversion through UX optimisation
- Using analytics, experimentation and A/B testing to identify and prioritise UX improvements
- Leading and embedding UX processes, frameworks and governance across teams
- Overseeing UX quality through pre‑release testing, UAT and post‑release reviews
- Managing in‑app messaging, pop‑ups and user communications in collaboration with product and marketing
- Working closely with product, design, engineering, data and QA to deliver best‑in‑class mobile experiences
- Strong experience in UX team management or mobile app focused roles
- Strong knowledge of mobile UX best practice and user‑centred design
- Experience building and owning UX processes and scalable frameworks
- Confident using tools such as Figma, Firebase and A/B testing platforms
- Strong communication skills and experience working cross‑functionally
- Experience in consumer‑facing or subscription‑based apps is a bonus
- Salary up to £70,000 plus bonus and benefits
- Hybrid working with 3 days per week in the London office
