HubSpot Consultant; FTC

Steadman Hub has partnered with one of the leading agencies in the Hub Spot partner ecosystem. They are looking to hire a Hub Spot Consultant to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. They specialise in Hub Spot, with a focus on implementations, data migrations, marketing retainers, and CRM audits.

As a Hub Spot Consultant, you will lead clients through Hub Spot implementations, ensuring the platform is configured from day one to support sales, marketing, and service teams effectively. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand their goals, design Hub Spot solutions, and deliver onboarding projects that drive long-term adoption.

• Deliver end-to-end Hub Spot onboarding projects across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and Data Hub
• Lead discovery sessions and onboarding workshops to capture business objectives, processes, and reporting requirements
• Configure Hub Spot portals, including pipelines, properties, workflows, automation, reporting, and dashboards
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition into ongoing support or optimisation services

• Strong hands-on experience across Hub Spot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and Data Hub
• Previous experience within a Hub Spot agency or consultancy is preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects while maintaining a high-quality client experience
• Remote & Hybrid options available (1 day per month in office is mandatory either way)
