Power BI Developer London/Hybrid £60k-£65k + bonus + benefits Power BI Developer is sought for a leading Financial Services organisation within a newly strengthened Business Applications function based in London. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business and technology teams, designing and delivering high-quality reporting and analytics solutions that really get used.

The role As a Power BI Developer, you'll be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimising dashboards, reports, and datasets that enable clear, accurate insight across the organisation. You'll balance business needs with technical best practice, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in BI.

Key responsibilities:

Partnering with stakeholders to gather and translate reporting and analytics requirements Designing robust data models and transformations to support scalable reporting Developing intuitive, visually compelling Power BI dashboards and reports Integrating data from multiple sources and managing refresh schedules Implementing data governance, including role- and row-level security
