Audit & Risk Recruitment, have partnered with a FTSE 100 global organisation in hiring a Group Audit Analytics Manager to help transform Audit data and analytics across the business. The role will offer the candidate the opportunity to come in as an SME leading and developing the group's Audit Analytics strategy, offering the opportunity to shape analytics, influence senior stakeholders, and build future capability across a complex international group.

You will play a pivotal role in embedding analytics into audit delivery, driving more efficient audits, deeper risk insights, and enhanced assurance outcomes. Initially working closely with senior audit leadership, the role is expected to evolve into a strategic leadership position responsible for building and developing a dedicated analytics capability.

• London, hybrid 3 days per week in the office

• Deliver the group audit analytics plan through hands‑on analysis and support to global audit teams
• Mentor and influence regional analytics champions to promote best practice
• Partner with audit teams to identify opportunities for analytics‑driven insight and risk assurance
• Support the development of the long‑term analytics strategy and operating model
• Help define governance, processes, skills, and structures for a future analytics team
• Build strong relationships with senior audit and IT stakeholders across the group

We are seeking professionals who combine audit or risk experience with strong data capability, including:

• Strong understanding of internal audit, risk management, and assurance frameworks
• Experience applying analytics in audit, risk, or controls environments
• Advanced data manipulation and visualisation skills (Power BI preferred)
• Familiarity with tools such as Alteryx and major ERP platforms is advantageous
• Ability to operate strategically while delivering practical outputs
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills

Professional certifications (e.g. ACA, CISA, analytics qualifications) are welcomed but not essential.
