We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail, confidence working across multiple work streams, and a calm, solutions-focused approach. You’ll be comfortable juggling priorities, supporting senior stakeholders, and ensuring work moves smoothly from brief to delivery.
About the roleThis role sits within our client services team, supporting a major global brand in the mobility and energy space. The work spans multi-market digital, content, data and creative delivery at scale.
As an Account Executive, you’ll support the day-to-day management of a large, fast-paced account, helping to coordinate complex projects, maintain clear communication across internal teams, and build trusted relationships with client stakeholders. You’ll play a key role in keeping projects organised, documented and delivered to a high standard.
Responsibilities Account & Project Support- Coordinate project workflows, including briefs, timings, reviews, approvals and asset gathering
- Track progress across multiple work streams and markets, flagging risks early
- Help ensure projects are delivered on time and to scope
- Act as a central point of coordination between strategy, creative, production and tech teams
- Maintain clear, accurate and timely communication with internal teams and client stakeholders
- Help prepare decks, status updates, recaps and documentation for meetings
- Track budgets, estimates, purchase orders and job numbers with accuracy
- Maintain organised documentation and account records
- Support quality control of deliverables across multiple markets and languages
- Assist with hands-on website content updates where required
- Ensure final outputs meet agreed standards before delivery
- Build strong client relationships through reliability, clarity and follow-through
- Support senior team members in maintaining client confidence and trust
- Some experience in an agency account role
- Comfortable working with large clients and multi-market workflows
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, confident communicator with a calm approach under pressure
- Ability to understand complex or technical information and translate it into clear next steps
- Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
- Competent using PowerPoint, Excel and shared workflow tools (e.g. Teams, SharePoint, JIRA or similar)
- Projects delivered on time with strong coordination
- Confident ownership of AE fundamentals: documentation, status updates, scheduling, approvals and QA
- Growing client trust through responsiveness and clarity
- Being the dependable centre point that keeps teams aligned
