The roleAs Goob Account Lead, you will own the day‑to‑day success of our clients on the platform.
You will be responsible for ensuring customers extract consistent, measurable value from Goob: through high‑quality research, structured outputs, and proactive account management.
This is a hands‑on, high‑ownership role at the intersection of:
- Client success
- AI‑powered research
- Process and delivery excellence
You will work closely with senior innovation leaders, our product team, and our GTM function to help scale how Goob is delivered globally.
What you’ll be doing- Own delivery and customer satisfaction for a portfolio of Goob clients
- Manage onboarding, ongoing usage, and renewal readiness
- Use Goob’s AI tools to research emerging technologies and market trends
- Perform additional due diligence on shortlisted startups
- Produce structured, client‑ready outputs (landscapes, shortlists, recommendations)
- Build and improve automated workflows using AI and no‑code tools
- Proactively identify risks, blockers, and opportunities within accounts
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the platform
- Engage with startups, partners, and ecosystem players as required
- Background or strong interest in mobility, manufacturing, or deep tech
- Experience using AI tools
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- High attention to detail and process discipline
- Experience in a client‑facing role
- Comfortable owning projects
- Experience in customer success, account management, or consulting
- Experience with no‑code / low‑code platforms or workflow automation
- Exposure to startup ecosystems, innovation, or emerging tech
- Experience working with enterprise clients
This role is critical to how Goob scales.
You will help turn bespoke, manual client work into repeatable, high‑quality systems, enabling the company to grow without compromising delivery.
