Trading Business Analyst (Endur / Energy Trading)

📍 London (hybrid with occasional travel)

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Trading Business Analyst to join a growing energy and commodities consulting practice delivering large-scale transformation programmes across trading, risk, and operations environments.

This role is suited to professionals who understand energy trading processes and enjoy bridging the gap between business teams and technology, with a particular focus on ETRM platforms such as Endur
.

Working closely with traders, risk analysts, operations teams, and technology stakeholders, you will help shape and improve trading workflows across front-to-back office processes.

• Gather and analyse business requirements across trading and risk functions
• Support configuration and enhancement of ETRM platforms (Endur experience highly valued)
• Facilitate workshops and guide stakeholders through solution design
• Support trade lifecycle processes including trade capture, valuation, scheduling, and settlements
• Participate in testing, UAT, and delivery activities across transformation programmes
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and system improvements
• Help drive process optimisation within energy trading environments

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant within energy or commodity trading environments
• Exposure to ETRM platforms such as Endur, Allegro, or similar
• Understanding of trading instruments (forwards, swaps, futures, options)
• Knowledge of front, middle, or back-office trading processes
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments
