Our Client is seeking a talented Product Design Manager to lead the creation of best‑in‑class digital customer experiences across both web and mobile app platforms. This role sits within a central Customer Experience function and plays a pivotal part in shaping strategy, elevating design quality, and driving measurable impact across key digital journeys.

The Opportunity

In this position, you will inspire and mentor a team of designers, champion user‑centered design, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners to deliver seamless, scalable, and accessible digital products. You’ll guide design direction, bring customer insights to life, and ensure every experience is intuitive, consistent, and aligned with business goals.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of designers to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑led experiences.
  • Defining and driving design strategy while advocating for customer needs across product roadmaps.
  • Partnering with product, engineering, research, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions that balance customer, business, and technical priorities.
  • Leveraging design systems, motion principles, and modern AI‑supported workflows to create polished, app‑first experiences.
  • Turning customer insights, research findings, and analytics into improved journeys through workshops, sprints, and collaborative design activities.
  • Owning design quality, ensuring accessibility standards, and tracking performance across end‑to‑end experiences.
What You’ll Bring
  • A strong track record of delivering customer‑centered digital products across responsive web and native apps.
  • Experience managing and developing high‑performing design teams.
  • Expert‑level Figma skills, including advanced prototyping, scalable components, and design system leadership.
  • Deep knowledge of accessibility, user research methods, and journey analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities in dynamic, fast‑paced environments.
