Business Analyst | eCommerce & Retail | End-to-End Delivery
We’re partnering with a multi-brand global retail business looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to support ambitious eCommerce and retail programmes.
You’ll turn big ideas into clear, prioritised, delivery-ready requirements across multiple work streams.
🔎 What You’ll Be Doing- ✨ Own and shape structured, prioritised product backlogs
- 📝 Write clear, testable user stories (Given / When / Then)
- 🛍️ Support end-to-end eCommerce delivery — from discovery to release
- 🛠️ Contribute to Shopify builds and ongoing digital enhancements
- 🤝 Bridge technical & non-technical teams to drive clarity and momentum
- ✔️ Proven BA experience within eCommerce or Retail
- ✔️ Strong Agile delivery across complex, cross-functional work streams
- ➕ Shopify experience (highly desirable)
