X2 Axiom Business Analyst

This role is for an X2 Axiom Business Analyst in London, offering an initial 6‑month contract at up to £692/day inside IR35. Key skills include regulatory reporting, Axiom development, Agile methodologies, and experience with Alteryx and Power BI.

• Translate regulatory reporting requirements into clear user stories and collaborate with technology teams in an Agile environment to drive effective delivery.
• Reduce operational risk by leveraging digital tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI) to design automated solutions where system enhancements aren't available.
• Provide regulatory SME insight, challenge existing processes, and support documentation and control‑automation initiatives across reporting teams.
• Deep expertise in EMEA regulatory and financial reporting (capital, liquidity, statistical & core reporting) with strong technical ruleset knowledge – including hands‑on Axiom development and configuration experience.
• Proven delivery of regulatory change in Agile (Scrum) environments; analytical, detail‑driven, and skilled in designing robust controls, solving complex problems, and influencing stakeholders.
• Strong communicator with a track record of driving process improvement, working autonomously, and building automation using Axiom, Alteryx, and Power BI.

• Strong regulatory reporting knowledge and Agile capability.
• Extensive Axiom experience for development and configuration.
• Working knowledge of Alteryx and Power BI for automation.
• Experience in EMEA regulatory and financial reporting (capital, liquidity, statistical & core reporting).
• Experience delivering regulatory change in Agile (Scrum) environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills.
