Delivery Consultant – Energy & Utilities Overview

A leading global consulting and systems integration firm is seeking a Delivery Consultant to support large‑scale digital and business transformation programmes across the Energy & Utilities sector.

This is a delivery‑led, client‑facing role focused on executing complex ERP, CRM and cloud‑enabled transformation programmes for major UK energy and utilities organisations. You will own defined work streams and play a key role in end‑to‑end programme delivery.

• Deliver large-scale technology and business transformation programmes across Energy & Utilities clients
• Own and manage assigned work streams across design, build, test and deployment phases
• Translate business requirements into structured, deliverable technology solutions
• Coordinate closely with client stakeholders, onshore teams and offshore delivery centres
• Manage risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID) across delivery streams
• Support delivery across Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies
• Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business‑focused manner
• Ensure outputs are delivered on time, within scope and to high quality standards

• 3–5+ years’ experience within the Energy or Utilities sector
• Proven experience delivering large transformation programmes (ERP and/or CRM)
• Background in technology implementation or systems integration environments
• Strong understanding of delivery governance and RAID management
• Experience working within multi-disciplinary and globally distributed teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
• ERP (e.g. SAP) or CRM (e.g. Salesforce) implementation experience
• Consulting or systems integration background
  
  Agile, cloud, industry or programme management certifications
