Automation Test Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to take ownership of test strategy, drive product quality, and champion continuous improvement initiatives with a strong emphasis on automation.

You will act as a technical reference point within QA, supporting key testing initiatives and ensuring robust, scalable, and efficient testing practices across the delivery lifecycle.

• Define and implement comprehensive test strategies and test plans
• Design and execute functional and non-functional testing activities
• Enhance regression test suites and expand automation coverage
• Log, validate and manage defects, supporting release activities
• Communicate testing progress, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders
• Mentor QA team members and promote knowledge sharing
• Drive continuous improvement across QA processes, frameworks, and tooling

• Strong experience in QA, software testing, and defining test strategy
• Proven expertise in automation frameworks and CI/CD integration
• Solid understanding of QA standards, methodologies, and best practices
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

• Experience with UFT, Playwright, Selenium, or Robot Framework
